These Lino-monoprints are produced by cutting the design out of a lino block and working in a reduction print method where each colour is printed separately and then cut away from the block, making it a true limited edition series.  The monoprint element refers to a layer or more than one layer of ink being applied to the block in a more experimental manner, creating a different effect for each print. 
This means each print is slightly different and a unique piece of art.
