This is a sketch, first in pencil then coloured with oil paint taken from one of my own photographs of a local Avocet
I make these sketches before starting a painting on canvas to practise the shapes and composition of the final artwork

These small sketches can be easily framed and they are all unique
Each is signed in the lower right corner and I will also supply a certificate of authenticity
